Natural resources.

In this municipality all the worldwide known ecosystems coexist and it determines the great plants and animals variety which are in many cases endemic species from Mexico.

These natural resources are used by their inhabitants. An example of this is the salt exploitation in their beaches, this natural resource is used to the benefit of the territory due to is export quality.

Los Cabos also has mining resources in limited proportions as no metallic in Capuano and Mezquite region and deposits of calcareous and not quantified granites.

As it has a great variety of marine species the fishing sector prevails on others and the sport fishing exploitation is definitively the most important activity.
