The municipality has clinics belonging to the Mexican Institute of Public Health (IMSS) in San José del Cabo and San Lucas Cape. Due to the Workers Institute of Security and Social Services of the State (ISSSTE) does not have any infrastructure in the region, it determined to offer attention to its claimants through outlying posts that are located in the health centers of the Health Secretary.

These institutions that offer health services are visited by modules of medical attention with programs of preventive medicine, family planning, programs against tuberculosis, medical attention for the benefit of each of the inhabitants of this region.
